Our friendly team provides evidence-based therapies and emotional support for issues such as stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, and life challenges, helping people build resilience and improve everyday wellbeing.

We're here to support anyone with mental health experience who would like the support about their health and wellbeing especially for their health check. We can link with GP practice and provide support for your health check appointment as well as further information for your wellbeing.

Kooth
Kooth plc provides British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy accredited services for 10-18 year olds in Norfolk & Waveney: Kooth CYP is commissioned by the NHS providing a free, safe and non-judgemental place for young people to connect with others and know they are not alone. They have instant access to self-help materials, live moderated discussion forums and tools such as online journals and goal trackers. Young people can also contribute written pieces of work reflecting their own experiences, as well as accessing drop-in or booked sessions with professional counsellors from 12pm-10pm weekdays and 6pm-10pm weekends.

NIHCSS Specialist Housing Related Support
recovery-focused service supporting adults in structured drug and alcohol treatment who are experiencing housing difficulties. Delivered by Together in partnership with Change Grow Live (CGL), the service helps people access and sustain suitable accommodation, prevent homelessness, build independent living skills, and strengthen their recovery journey. By providing practical housing support alongside treatment, NIHCSS helps people create the stability needed to achieve long-term positive change
